Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with EduBill. So our refund policy is completely straightforward.
Your satisfaction matters to us. Here is our refund policy, in plain language:
1. Free Trial
Every new user gets a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged. No credit card is needed to get started.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription, we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, no refund is available for the current month, but you keep access until the end of your billing period.
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual plans, you may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refund is available. Cancelling will stop any future renewals.
4. Add-ons
Add-on purchases are non-refundable unless you cancel your entire subscription within the eligible refund window.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at billing@EduBill.com with your account email and reason. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Note: Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway may be deducted.
