1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, accessing, or using EduBill, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.

2. Description of Service

EduBill provides fee management software for educational institutes, including student tracking, payment recording, receipt generation, and reporting. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Fees are billed monthly or annually as per your chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; no further charges will be made, but no refunds for the current billing period will be issued unless applicable by law.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain all rights to your institute’s data. EduBill does not claim ownership of your data. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use EduBill for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to infringe intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduBill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
